This wild raw honey has a bright, floral and citrusy and playful flavor. A joyful dance on your taste buds. Harvested in the height of spring, summer and fall this nectar was warmed by 100 days of sun concentrated, infused in water and glazed in sunlight. Collected from boreal shield mountain meadows at 400+m above sea level from a diverse old-growth forest, marshland and meadowland.
