WHIPPED RAW BOREAL HONEY

Whipped until fluffy to make a taffy-consistency, this velvety boreal treat draws inspiration from the playfulness of a wild meadow in full bloom. The dancing movement of whizzing through the meadow, bouncing from flower to flower, twirling in delight, is the imaginal space this honey manifests. Collected from boreal shield mountain meadows at 400m above sea level from a diverse old-growth forest, marshland and meadowland.

Use: Enjoy 1-2 teaspoons daily or every couple hours for extra support. Sweeten foods, drinks, spread on toast or put a dollop on bruises and scrapes.
